Northwest Launch
A mobile notary website that helps plan the visit.
Let a signer enter the actual meeting address, review a travel estimate based on your rates, find preparation information and request an appointment. You receive the location and service details together.
From the signer’s question to the notary’s next step
- Enter a meeting address. The tool uses the location to calculate driving distance and a travel estimate from the configured starting point.
- Choose the service. The signer reviews what to have ready. Document and identification questions that need review remain subject to the notary’s confirmation.
- Request a visit. The meeting location, requested service and appointment details arrive together. A request is not an unconditional booking.
- Review the plan. The notary can confirm availability, travel pricing and unresolved requirements before heading out.
For businesses that enable it, a traffic rule can add the configured surcharge when a drive takes at least 50% longer than its normal duration. The rule is automatic, not a customer-selected fee.
Three ways to work with us
Recommended website and tools
Build the website around the workflow.
$100/month for 40 payments
From month one, $80 covers hosting and tools and $20 pays down the $800 build. Starting in month 41, the rate is $80/month.
Or pay $600 for the build upfront, plus $80/month for hosting and tools from the start. That is $200 less for the build than the installment option.
Add tools to your existing site.
$400 setup + $60/month
Keep your current website and hosting. We connect and maintain the tools; existing hosting stays separate.
A basic website
$400 build + $40/month for hosting and routine updates, without the estimator or appointment tools.
Scope and integrations are agreed before work starts. Each notary supplies the services, rates, availability and business rules used by their implementation.
Built around the way your business works
We built the Yakima Valley example for an in-person mobile notary. Your service area, pricing rules and review process can be different. The tools support the notary’s decisions; they do not give legal advice or decide which notarial act a document requires.
